Text Box: Chryslers in the Canyon is an annual event hosted by Amarillo Area Mopars and held in scenic Palo Duro Canyon. The show takes place every year on the third Saturday of October. Chryslers in the Canyon features a cruise, cookout, and car show. This all Mopar event is truly one-of-a-kind. In addition to the show, free food, and door prizes we have a “Miles of Mopars” cruise down to the canyon, a professional photographer to get shots of you and your Mopar, and one of the best settings in the world for everything to take place. To top that off, the event is dang near FREE! All you pay is the discounted group admission rate, which has been $2 per person in the past. When was the last time you went to a show with free food, in a great setting, with tons of Mopars and paid $2...yeah, that’s what we thought. This is one event you do not want to miss! So go ahead, check out the pictures and videos...ask folks who have attended what they thought...and then let us know when you’ll be rolling into town! This is a true grassroots, all Mopar celebration and we want you to join us! We put the focus on the cars and the folks who drive them...just like it ought to be.
